Ordered online, went to pick up and location was closed. Pavement was being worked on, yet my ordered got marked completed and was not picked up. Did not get food, no customer service to contact. Highly frustrated and still have yet received a refund! They should have a live person you can contact, instead of just doing the online form. Customer service is terrible! If the business was closed it shouldn’t even allow you to place the order through the app.

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s in Crawfordville has completely turned around. The restaurant is clean, and the new management team brings their A-game. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and working hard. Benika’s customer service is top tier, keeping the back of the house working smoothly and efficiently. The crew members are really nice, and everyone genuinely seems to care about the customers. The service is fast, friendly, and professional. Orders are made correctly and come out hot, fresh, and fast. A chicken sandwich special with mushroom sauce was amazing, cooked to perfection, and the mushrooms were really delicious. The fries were fresh. The team checks on customers during the meal and creates a welcoming atmosphere. It is great to see a restaurant that takes pride in service and customer service. It is one of the best fast food experiences in a long time. Customers will definitely be returning.
