Benika’s customer service was top tier! While observing her work, she was able to keep the back of the house working smoothly and efficiently and was capable of getting orders in and out in a timely fashion! Honestly she deserves a raise and I commend her because working in fast food and keeping her attitude and composure light like she has is a blessing in the community!!
Clean restaurant with friendly staff and the food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be back.
Very little bacon on the bacon/egg biscuit but good service. Best biscuits around. Bring back the cinnamon/raisin biscuits!

Based on the reviews, Hardee’s in Crawfordville has completely turned around. The restaurant is clean, and the new management team brings their A-game. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and working hard. Benika’s customer service is top tier, keeping the back of the house working smoothly and efficiently. The crew members are really nice, and everyone genuinely seems to care about the customers. The service is fast, friendly, and professional. Orders are made correctly and come out hot, fresh, and fast. A chicken sandwich special with mushroom sauce was amazing, cooked to perfection, and the mushrooms were really delicious. The fries were fresh. The team checks on customers during the meal and creates a welcoming atmosphere. It is great to see a restaurant that takes pride in service and customer service. It is one of the best fast food experiences in a long time. Customers will definitely be returning.
