I came in on my lunch break to grab lunch for me and a couple of my coworkers placed my order on the screens and then had to pay in cash so stood at the register for about eight or nine minutes for someone to finally come over and take the money from me, then proceeded to sit in the lobby without my drinks because they never gave me my cups until I got my food for about 35 minutes and by the time I got my food half of my food was cold by the time I got it.
Ordered 3 burrito supreme and received soft tacos
Very disappointed. It is understandable the price increase. But the reduction on the amount of food is not acceptable! On a taco supreme the meat, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes and cheese all together were not even at half of the shell!
