Waited for a very long time at the main dining entrance without acknowledgment. When we were being walked to our table, there was food everywhere on the floor. Once seated it took a very long while to be greeted and served, even though the waitress was nice. We ordered fried pickles and crab cakes as an appetizer, which were okay in taste. We had 4:30 reservation (Friday). We were the only customer's and waited at the entrance of dining room for quite a few minutes. The first employee walked by, without acknowledging us, leaving us to wonder if the facility was open for business. Finally, upon being seated, we were handed dirty menu's splattered with remnants of food from a previous meal. Rhonda was absolutely delightful. So friendly, attentive and genuinely kind! The food was excellent! The navy bean soup is a must try as well as the cheesecake! Will definitely come back!
