Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender big box meal, with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Food was delicious, service was friendly and quick. Stage of restaurant was lacking in that there were rips in the fabric of the booth, and the buffet was closed and there were food inserts still there…and one customer before me didn’t get his food, and they apparently lost his food ticket so they made it for him once he showed the ticket. I want to give a shout out to the new night shift manager maddy she was really sweet and helpful with my order that was messed up yesterday. KFC, you got me. I should have known better than to expect more. I tried the new chicken wraps for something different and not alot of money. 2 for $5. What a waste of money. I've eaten hot pockets that have more flavor and are more filling. And to top it off, I had to wait for them. I guess there was a backup at the microwave. Next time, I'll go to the grocery store and get a box of hot pockets and heat them up in the microwave. At least then, I'll feel I've gotten my money's...read full review
