“I have always loved the Crestview Chick-fil-A, but I have a whole new appreciation for them and the wonderful people who work there. On Thursday evening when I went to pick up my online order, the sun got in my eyes and I ran up on the curb and into the clearance pole. A very kind Chick-fil-A employee named Kim came to check on me, calmed me down, and helped me get inside until my husband arrived. Once he got there, Kim walked back outside with us and stayed to make sure everything was taken care of and another awesome employee named Zack lended tools and helped my husband quickly change my tire. With all of that going on, Rachel and Bryce (among many others I’m sure) made sure our food was ready and even threw in some sweet treats and a toy cow for my baby! Rachel and James also made their way outside to make sure we were all alright! I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate people to help out in a crazy situation.
