Tell me why 1 the screens on multiple stalls haven’t worked in months but not only that this place is supposed to be a FAST food restaurant type deal when most times I come here the wait time is long and right now I have literally been waiting for my order for 30 minutes, idk if it’s a staffing issue, motivation issue or what but this is ridiculous, o and if you ask for extra sauces you better check your bags bc they don’t care about that either
Had to repeat my order 5 times snd they still got it wrong in the end.
Worst customer service and wait times in the city. I've had better service at popeyes, and that's saying something. Don't bother ordering ahead, you'll still be waiting 30+mins for a 3 item order and watch multiple other orders come and go after you have already been waiting.
