No orders from the kias were being made, only the drive thru, is what I was told when I asked why it was taking so long. Others were waiting and got very angry for being second priority to the drive thru. I waited more than 10 minutes for a chalupa and a drink.. There should be someone designated to fill orders for the lobby.
I love the beefy 5 layer burrito I add rice
Only thing bad about this place is the drive entrance/exit is a little difficult with all the traffic and median keeping you from going left on 19 when you're leaving.
