“Wow, I went during my lunch break, and the line moved so quickly. They had everyone’s order ready by the time they got to the window. They put utensils, napkins, and sauces in the bag. The food was fresh and the sauces were actually filled up not half empty. I was blown away!“

“The day of this review is what I would like upper management to note. The staff that is present this evening shift was the same staff I had ordered with before. Most if not all staff were ladies. Apologies for not getting names but they were great I believe the MOD was the heavy Spanish accent she provided great customer service allowing another team member assist with creating an order for pickup online. These ladies saved me tonight cause my wife was having a rough day and they made her day with the awesome customer service and great tasting fresh food!“

“The service was good... their assembly line is very efficient, especially how busy they were at the time.

Tends to be cold in the dining area, which then you have to rush before your food gets cold.

On the night I went to this establishment, it was about 8pm -- peak busy. At least a line of 10 cars blocked access to the parking lot towards the back (the front parking lot was full); Most of the drivers wanted drive-thru while myself and a handful of customers wanted to park. it was gridlock, partly due to the staff person taking the drive-through orders in the parking lot and not in the drive-thru lane.“
