During my visit, he handled a shockingly disrespectful and condescending customer with calm, grace, and courtesy the entire time. “CM Chicken has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving fried chicken and want something a little different from the usual fast food options.

On this visit, I ordered the garlic soy chicken tenders with sweet potato fries and a Milky. It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying combination. The sweet potato fries were warm, crispy, and the portion size was more than enough. The chicken tenders were also generous and filling. It was my first time trying the garlic soy flavor, and I’m glad I did. The garlic taste was noticeable without being overpowering, which made it easy to enjoy every bite.

The restaurant itself is small, but it’s clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff has always been friendly during my visits. While you wait for your food, they usually have Korean music videos and K-pop playing on the TV, which adds a fun touch to the atmosphere. Service is efficient, and my food has never taken very long to come out.

For parking, I recommend checking the side of the plaza along NE 13th Avenue, next to the liquor store. There’s a colorful musician mural on the wall, and there are a handful of parking spaces there. Somehow, during the three or four times I’ve visited, I’ve always managed to find a spot.

Overall, I recommend CM Chicken. The food is consistently satisfying, the portions are generous, and it’s a reliable place to visit when you’re in the mood for fried chicken or want to try something a little different. 🍗🥤🎵“

“I order food through door dash online and they only gave me part of my order. They don't take calls and their fries are plain and stale. I don't recommend this place and if you do order you need to pick it up and check your bag.“

“It’s been about a week since we first ate at this Dave’s and the only reason I am even writing this review is because my 3 year old daughter won’t stop talking about her friend “Kira” (hope I’m spelling that right). She was so amazing, kind and her patience was beyond words. Our first time there, she gave my daughter 3d glasses to look at the art and had full Convos with her. She is very kind and was cleaning/straightening the store while she had down time. I didn’t see her stand still once. She needs a raise.“

“Winner, winner chicken breakfast! From the moment you walk into Chick-fil-A, it’s obvious this place operates on a different level. Staff are everywhere — greeting guests, directing traffic, cleaning tables, taking orders with incredible speed — all while somehow making the experience feel calm and welcoming rather than rushed.

Now for the food: spicy chicken on one of the best biscuits I’ve had in years, delicious mini chicken sliders, perfectly crisp hash browns, and decadent chocolate chip cookies that disappear far too quickly.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Very reasonable prices, premium Tropicana juices, the largest condiment selection I’ve ever seen in a fast-food restaurant, and even fresh flowers on the tables. It proves that profitability does not have to come from cutting corners.

There’s one employee in particular..a girl with short black pigtails and a lip piercing..who is incredibly polite and professional. She’s also very beautiful. “I love this location being close to home but they really need to figure something out with the parking lady out front harassing guests. This chick fil a is legit the only business open in the building on the whole block yet you can’t park for 5 minutes out front to get food. The garage is $8! The city should rezone the parking in front for 15 minutes Max or something. How are business supposed to survive here. They are losing a lot of business. We left today because the parking lady was harassing us. Meanwhile 6 police cars parked out front getting lunch, a city bus parked in the no parking zone to get lunch, 2 usps trucks parked in a no parking zone to get lunch. Are they special? The street is dead! Let the public people get their lunch.“

“We love Krispy Kruncy Chicken! This location has halal meat (certification displayed!) which is wonderful. We love their chicken tenders and biscuits. The location is not traditional inside a gas station, however it's well worth the fantastic flavorful chicken.“

“The food is good but the people is a different story, I when to purchase a 14 piece meal for my kids and my self. and I was doing a favor for a friend, since I was going for my self, as he asked me to buy for her a 5 piece meal, everything was OK until a lady came to the register ( think it was the manager) I was using a coupon for each of the meals, I explained to her that one was for my home and the other one was for a friend but she kept saying I only can used one, again I explained that it was not for me the small meal why I'm going to get a 5 piece of I already was getting 14 pieces. just make to separate orders, but this small minded woman keep repeating her self that I can't, if my friend was there she still will have to do a second order... So no I will not recommend the location on 54st Northwest between 12th and 11th Avenue. they are rude and unprofessional... The old manager, was a kind an friendly lady. Train your management more than your cashiers... Their title goes over the heads. I'm going to Boston Market... even Popeyes is better...“

“This was my first time trying Honduran food and I was pleasantly surprised ..I ordered the pollo frito ceibeño ( fried chicken) wow the flavors are amazing and the overall seasoning of the chicken was the right balance of salty and crunchy , also have to mention the Service was top notch I don’t speak Spanish and they were very helpful in the ordering process…. Lastly the price point is definitely affordable for anyone…this will be one of my go too restaurants here in Miami ..5 Stars“

“If you’re vacationing in the tourist section of Calle Ocho in Little Havana and want something quick to eat while still having that Caribbean flavor this place is it. It’s fast food so don’t expect too much but it is very good and tasty. It’s going to be a lot cheaper than one of those Cuban motif tourist restaurants in the area and you’ll have more time to sightsee. Service is fast and it’s always very clean. My only issue is they no longer have the fixings bar with all the different sauces so I no longer eat here three or four times a week like I used to pre Pandemic when the sauces were freely available. You can still ask for them but that’s not the same. You can’t be asking for 6 different sauces in massive quantities to drench your Tropi Chop as that would be kind of embarrassing.“

I can't speak to some of the unique items this restaurant has like grilled chicken, chicken fried steak, etc but the core products never feel like they've been sitting around. I am also happy that KFC has brought back wedges and this store always makes them fresh. They taste just like I remember them.“

“I had to go to the Hospital today 6/13/22 everything is good. After leaving the hospital my husband and I were very hungry so we went to KFC for dinner to betake home. I brought a 8 piece meal with my 2 large sizes but I didn't check it y. I told my husband to see if we had everything, he said yes we do so we left the store to come home. When we got home there was no biscuits. I was so upset after spending$32.29 I called the store and Thomas the manger answer the phone & he said that he would bring them to me. This made my day. Only thing is,when I went there last month,the lady taking the orders didn't understand English that well,but what do I expect being in Hialeah, right? They were saying order numbers in Spanish.
