Food was great as usual. Yet, service was poor. I asked to give me a second ( twice ), so I can get my order for my family right. Yet, when I was ready they returned my response to me (twice) by saying give me a second. It's sad that people don't realize that customer service affects the overall rating. I tell the cashier I want all dark meat original and all white meat spicy. What do I get one of each of the dark and white of the original and the spicy. REALLY? This location is drive thru only. Thank goodness I realized her mess-up before I left. The manager had to fix my order. If you don't know white meat from dark meat, ask, learn or move on.
