This is my first time trying this ice cream place and we came on a Sunday and there was only one person working making ice creams and being cashier. The employee worked hard but I suggest having another person and extra hand to help move the lines. One person is not enough when you have to refill the machines. I would definitely come back but I hope the service improves.

Lots of tourists and locals But service was super slow. People were walking out. People were waiting to pay. There was even a customer he came to pickup a huge sheet cake and the bakery had no box. The guy had to take it to Ft. Lauderdale without a box? Are you guys serious? How do you guys not have a box for such a huge cake order? The cashier was busy helping fill orders thus the line of people waiting to pay. You must improve this. I thought you should know.“

She was friendly, polite, and really took the time to make sure we were happy with our choices, which made all the difference.
