I've been to this food truck twice with my wife now. They have some seating if you want to eat there, so that's a plus. Incredibly friendly staff and they're patient when explaining the menu to someone like myself who isn't Spanish-speaking. The food is exceptional. I went with the quesabirria tacos and chorizo tacos. Came for the Beef cheeks tacos. Today the meat was dry and tough. Not what we remember. It’s almost an hour away. They said they don’t prepare the meat there,it’s supplied to them already prepared. It was more like tough stringy pot roast!!! There getting ripped off ?
