I've been driving by this restaurant for over a year meaning to stop in. I finally made the time to do so yesterday and was quite pleased.It's the type of restaurant you'd expect to find in small local town with the owner greeting you and asking what he can get for you.Not much to look at, but like I said it's a local place like you might find in a Mexican village. This place never disappoints. It's my go-to place for any occasion. Very family oriented and very professional. I enjoy the variety of options I have and the food is very authentic and always spot on.Especially where I come from, it's hard to find real authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price. El Patron is not expensive but very reasonable. I honestly think El Patron is slept on. People do not know how good it really is.

Delicious well priced tacos. This place is worthy the trip. Make sure you try the lengua, everything was perfect. Just be careful of the sauces as even the mild is kinda hot...at least for me.
