Wtf is wrong w/your employees if your machine does not work, why would you give my niece a vanilla chai with cold milk and powder in a cup and not tell me the machine does not work and not give her the money back when she asked! You are lucky I was not there getting my drink cause I would’ve really went off on her. Seriously if you cannot make your product correctly don’t sell it.
