Karina and Kariana were so helpful they were the only two people running the front and the drive thru and they were helping each other without arguing or complaining and also having fun i asked them a lot of questions and they were so attentive and helpful i will be definitely coming back here they were the best !!!

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at Zaxby’s, especially with Patrick and Jay at Pickup.
When I checked my order, I noticed that a few items were missing from my bag. Patrick and Jay handled the situation very professionally and promptly. They immediately worked to get the missing items prepared and brought out without making the situation difficult or inconvenient.
