“LOVE LOVE LOVEEE THIS PLACE!!!Their Tres berries and the 4eva young were so good!!! The fact that they're high protein and low calorie is amazing!!! The owner José was a delight...he was very patient in explaining what the drinks contained! The atmosphere is a 10/10 as well, very welcoming. Will definitely be back after a gym sesh with friends!!!

“Swami Juice Because I practice and teach hot yoga and because I am always on the go, I need quick and versatile ways to inject energy and hydration in my day. Swami Juice was the perfect solution. The person that helped me suggested the 5-day cleanse and allowed me to customize the flavors of the juices to my taste. During that week, I had the juices as snacks in between meals and the shots after workouts to help with muscle recovery. Oh yeah... all their juices and shots are super tasty. “This is one of my favorites places to have breakfast feeling connected to the world, table our outdoor where you can appreciate the trees and plants all around you . The Acai bowl is one of my favorite and is enough for two people. I could share it with my husband but I choose not to because it to good. Breakfast is also fresh and I love the home made organic bread they serve for breakfast. Coffee is hot and delicious. I took my mom for first time and she loved as well.“

“OK. If I were a selfish person I would say don’t come! I want to keep this place all yo myself and local… it is so delicious. I am from NM so I have high standards! Love the veggie quesadilla and can’t say enough about the short rib bowl and taco. Never mind all the fresh salsas …truly outstanding. “I came here almost a month ago for the first time to give it a shot, thanks to the ads on Facebook, and based on all the good reviews. I ordered The Mac Time bowl and all I can say is "damn, it was bomb". It seems a little pricey but it's such a large portion that you can easily make two meals out of it, and the fact that it actually tastes great makes it worth it. The ingredients are super fresh and everything is made to order, so no stale or reheated food. The mac and cheese in the bowl was the best I've ever had, I would get that by itself. The staff is super cool and friendly, and proud of what they are putting out. I don't drive by the place very often but will definitely stop in again and try something else. I wish there was one closer to Coral Springs so me and my lady could get it for dinner one night, but we'll probably make the small drive just so we can enjoy it together.“

“Stayed at a nearby hotel that had way overpriced breakfast. Found this place while walking, looking for other options. Happy to have found a cheaper healthier option. My 2 girls loved the acai bowls. The smalls were perfect for them. My latte was very good and the breakfast burrito was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and clearly love what they do. Was great to hear excited screams from the back as a worker arrived that the other hadn't seen for a bit.“

“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) We live 45 minutes away but can’t wait to go back and tried the many other flavors the offer. Customer service was excellent as well. Highly recommend you to try it all!!“

“Food has been good. Their online ordering is inaccurate as I’ve ordered the Vegan Toast and was told that item was removed from the menu.

Management resolved the issue and made the toast since they still have the ingredients.

My wife and I have ordered for our family there a few times and the food has mostly been consistent. The protein smoothies we ordered recently were not blended well and had ice chunks in the bottom.

I’m plant based and the food has been satiating - not the best vegan food but a solid choice given what is around me.

I’ll continue to frequent and recommend if anyone is in the area looking to try them out, it’s worth a shot.

“OMG Protein smoothie costs $15 and has no identifiable flavor, unfortunately. With all of the delicious ingredients, one would hope it tastes like at least one of them. Chances are they use unripe (less than over ripe) bananas in this smoothie, which is why it is so lackluster.“

“On yesterday October 28, 2024 my husband and I tried this new restaurant 3Natives for the first time. I had the Hercules my husband had the Hot Chix wrap and we both had the Berry Natural smoothies. The wraps were so delicious that my husband and I came back the next day l. This time I had the Southwest with the Pink Dragon smoothie and he had the same Hot Chix with the blue sparugula smoothie. “Got an espresso and a California carrot juice - both were delicious. You could definitely taste that the juice was freshly made. Carrot Express is perfect for a quick refreshment or healthy meal. I've been to several of their locations and was never disappointed. This one at Aventura lacks a bit of atmosphere since it's located in one of the mall's aisles, but that's understandable given the location.“

“It’s been one of my favorite places and is very sad it’s not how it used to be. Service and staff are always friendly and great. I feel they’ve been trying to cut back on their costs. I used to love having my wraps with the simply naked chips, which later they changed to plantain chips and now they don’t give you anything. Mushroom soup was delish .. but they don’t serve soups anymore. Beware of using their app to order. If you reorder from your past purchases, it will charge your card and they will never receive your order. I was told by them to dispute the charge with my bank since they don’t even see the order.“

“I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I had a cilantro ranch chicken wrap. It wasn't huge and was a bit pricey but it was very tasty. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh.
However, the bright spot was your employee Brianna. Employees like her are like gold in this market. She was professional, polite, and sweet. If we go back, it will be because of the experience she gave us.“

“Last weekend, we found this great little restaurant booth at Aventura Mall near Macy's that has delicious baked goods, desserts, coffee and snacks. It's very casual there.

We ordered the Beef empanadas, Chicken empanadas, a Nutella quesadilla, and 6 little cheesy pastelitos. My favorites were the chicken empanadas and the cheesy pastelitos...yummmy!!! The servers were friendly and welcoming.

The food was so good that we may stop by there again tomorrow since we will be in the area. Parking is by Macy's inside the mall.“
