“Went to Nautical bowls today for the first time because my son saw the menu and look amazing and we were not disappointed. My son got the protein bowl (with fresh made peanut butter it was delicious and I ordered the tropical island (what an explosion of flavors!!) “I’m really happy the seed moved into the neighborhood. They are making great use of the space. I like the indoor and outdoor seating and the waterfront views. The paid parking is a bit silly and you can park for free at the Burlington which is a small walk away. I liked my coffee and the food was good. The reason for the 4 stars is because I went late morning on a Monday and the children outnumbered the patrons. They were screaming inside and playing loudly outside. When I go to a coffee shop, I am looking for a peaceful place to catch up with a friend or a quiet place to work. I felt like I was at a playground. This is a good place to go if you have kids I guess. I tried not to get them in my photos.“

“My wife and I always come to the mall to walk and sometimes eat at Carrot Express but lately we’ve been coming more because this new manager named Darrell has been making efforts that blow us away. He’s super attentive and checks on how everyone’s food is and even prepared a coffee for us on the house. Very impressed and it’s been very nice to eat here. As soon as I walked in the young man with curly greeted me with a smile on his face and provided excellent customer service and thoroughly answered all my questions about the menu and even helped me create my own açaí bowl. This young man was in all seriousness was so polite and very respectful he was definitely raised right. I went to the bathroom after I placed my order and after not even 2 minutes he brought my bowl out and the quality and presentation of the bowl was excellent. Whoever the manager is that runs this store has a great time and I will definitely be back to bring more business 👍.“
