From the moment I stepped into the vibrant atmosphere of the plaza, I knew I was in for a treat.Upon arrival, the unfortunate testing of fire alarms in the plaza was underway, causing a disruptive environment. However, what truly stood out was Vinny's reaction. Despite the annoyance visibly written on his face, he didn't let it affect the quality of service. In fact, his concern for a customer who seemed distressed by the noise was nothing short of admirable. Vinny went above and beyond, promptly serving her order outside to ensure she could enjoy her meal without the disturbance of the alarms.Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the Acai bowls. They were nothing short of amazing. Each bite was bursting with flavor and freshness, making it evident that only the finest ingredients were used. “My husband and I came by on a recent Saturday for lunch, and we were blown away by how delicious and fresh the food is. I know they have a food truck, which focuses primarily on their juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls, but now they just opened a small cafe by the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea, and their menu there now includes sandwiches, with the smoothies, açaí bowls and fruit juices, and they're all made from scratch there too. They have great fruit combinations and everything is just really tasty. I highly recommend their lemonades, ginger shots, as well as their buffalo chicken sandwich and the prosciutto di parma and burrata on ciabatta! You'll leave feeling both satisfied and refreshed. “The owner, Pei, is a great guy and we enjoyed talking with him while he prepared our açai bowl, pitaya bowl, and post workout smoothie. Everything was delicious! Also had just a small taste of what was leftover in the blender from someone else's mighty smoothie I think it was called, and it may've been my fave of all honestly! “We absolutely love this location and usually come by multiple times per week! We love that they are so cool about us using our reusable bowls instead of the disposable plastic! Most of the staff is incredibly sweet and kind… There are a couple who might need a little more hospitality training :-/ … But overall we love the place! “This is the best acai of quite a few places I've tried in the area. Their menu has a unique variety of toppings and flavors. I'm hooked on the No. 5, it has peanuts and cacao with blueberries and bananas. Their smoothies are also delicious too! “I was here for a week long work training and came to this cafe pretty much daily. The sandwiches are delicious and fresh. They have a daily “bar” like tacos, burgers, fried chicken and a salad bar too! Large selection of drinks and caffeine (which I needed!) and they were so incredibly friendly! “The seed is a great coffee spot in lighthouse point that didn’t disappoint. I ordered a cold brew with caramel + 2% milk and a delicious acai bowl - the biz. There were so many food options that I’ll have to come back to try more things but if you’re looking for a local coffee spot that’s chill, decorated nice, has good service and friendly people, then the seed is where it’s at. “The first time I had their smoothie, it was actually better than what I make at home… This isn’t the Jamba this isn’t a chain, this is homemade goodness, and I haven’t had anything like it in Florida. Additionally I have never tasted a juice like this before, they also offer kombucha and drinks that aren’t offered other places. They have a cold pressed juicer, not a masticating juicer, which actually makes a huge difference in the taste and quality. The atmosphere, the people working there, and the people that go there are inviting and health conscious, and have helped me just in one day, overcome some health issues that I had through the raw clean juices that they offer. The cookies are amazing and I am glad I got to taste them before they sold out. I got to spend some time there and nice people working out the front got me everything I needed with a warm welcome. “Went in today for my first time. The young woman behind the counter helping us was amazing and patient with us. My gf and I were new to this establishment. We asked a lot of questions and she answered with kindness. It’s something we don’t get a lot in south florida. She cares about her job and made the experience more pleasant. They offer a large selection of ice cream and sorbets along with waffel cones and bowls.They do offer teas and milk shakes if you don't want a sunday, which is ok, I guess you are a non fun reader.
