Aubi & Ramsa brings a cozy touch of Argentina to the ice cream scene, and it shows. As any Argentine will tell you, we know a thing or two about making great ice cream, and this place proves it. The combination of high-quality ice cream with premium liquors creates flavors that are both unique and delicious. Every scoop feels indulgent and thoughtfully crafted. If you're looking for a refined dessert experience with a bit of a kick, this is a must-visit spot.

Inside Hard Rock shops. Get here. Champagne. Sorbet. Clean. Nice. Unique.

First of all, the ice cream is delicious! I tried a few flavors and I loved them all!

But more importantly, I wanted to give a review about the staff. My boyfriend left his wallet there last night. I called the company first thing in the morning and left a message. I received a text message within an hour saying that they found his wallet. What excellent customer service!!!! We love this place even more now!!

Located inside the shops of the Guitar Hotel, this boozy ice cream shop is a nice but pricy treat. We stopped in to give it a try on a show night and it was pretty quiet. We ordered the Kentucky Creme Brûlée which was bourbon based with was full flavored and delish if you like bourbon. The ABC on the other hand was Irish Creme based and sweet and smooth. Both recommended depending on the vibe you’re looking for. They also offer affogato which is basically 1/2 of the small container with the espresso.

We left the poker room and saw that there was a location inside of Hard Rock. I’ve been to the one in Meatpacking District in NYC. My coworkers never had it so we decided to go in and try some liquor infused ice cream. There was only one staff working and she only came over to take our order and open the ice cream for us. She then went back to her corner and stayed on her phone/tablet the entire time (we were the only ones in there since a large group left once we sat down at the bar. Saw and heard her engaging in convos with that group). She didn’t even bother to explain each flavor to us. We ended up getting The Lucky Brownie, The Old Fashioned, and Passion Fruit Margarita. You can definitely taste the liquor but the ice cream is delicious. Only wish they had better service.

The place is not huge but cozy. They have a variety of ice creams with alcohol. A very creative concept. The portions are adequate and the presentation is spectacular. The ice cream has a strong alcohol flavor but it is easy to eat. You have to make sure they serve you the correct ice cream. It's not cheap but it's worth treating yourself and living the experience.
