We ordered dinner at 7:33pm. We are just now sitting down to eat it’s 9pm. We did online order. 8:03pm order was “out for delivery” but vehicle was at the store. 8:23 we called 6 times, no answer. Finally got in the car to pick up the order. Just to find out a team of 3, running the entire operation. The delivery driver was cooking. What a mess. Felt terrible for them. The food was good, but the customer service was absolutely horrible, I’m very disappointed with the customer service. My poor old mother was waiting there for one and a half hours with employees of fighting against another. she said that they looked high, and they looked very unprofessional at what they do like they did not know what to do at all she works at a pizza place herself, and she was very disappointed with this do better Domino’s Pizza

This Location is horrible. I hardly ever leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. I placed an hour, drove to the dominos 30-35 mins. I waited in my car another 5-10 mins. When I enter the store there was only one employee in there which I tried to be understanding with. The employee was the store manager and gave me an attitude. I just told her to cancel the order and walked out. This is the second time I’ve had this type of customer service. PLEASE AVOID BY ALL MEANS.
