“We were hungry and unfamiliar with the area, so when someone recommended Palace Indian Restaurant, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant had high ratings for its food and hospitality, which piqued our interest, even though we approached with a bit of hesitation. When we arrived, a professional young lady greeted us warmly. Within 15 minutes, we were seated and served refreshments and appetizers. The food came quickly and was even better than we expected. We’ve been to many Indian restaurants, but this one was exceptional. My picky daughter enjoyed the paneer tikka masala and rice without any complaints. What really stood out was when the owner, who also manages the restaurant, came to our table. He asked if he could join us and made sure we were happy with the service and food. This personal touch made us feel very special. Although it’s hard to imagine a place deserving more than five stars, Palace is definitely worth the highest praise. We highly recommend it. “The Indian Harbor is an excellent restaurant for those who love Indian cuisine. My favorites are the Dal Makhani and the Butter Chicken. I usually order via UberEats but prefer to go in person to truly appreciate the naan fresh from the oven. The food and service are excellent… go with a friend to introduce them to this local delight.“

“Small, local, family owned and operated restaurant that serves food from Uzbekistan. It is a unique and delicious cuisine. I had the Plov which is one of the common dishes in that country. It was very tasty, although I came near the end of the night and could tell that the meat was getting a little dry. Next time I would come earlier in the day when it is a little fresher and more moist. It was still seasoned very well and was still good though. Picture for reference. Other diners in the establishment ordered kabobs and chicken wings that looked amazing and the diners talked about how good it was. This is a place I would definitely come back to if in the area again and want some good, hearty comfort food.“

“We had a wonderful family dinner here with our grandchildren. Chayhana Samarkand delivers incredible, authentic Uzbek cuisine with generous portions, fresh ingredients, and a vibrant atmosphere. The shish kababs, plov, and manti were outstanding!
For my wife and me, the meal was also a beautiful trip down memory lane. It perfectly captured the rich flavours and hospitality we remember from our travels to the real Samarkand in Uzbekistan about 40 years ago. A unique, high-quality Glatt Kosher dining experience!“
