Perú Puro Sabor is a family owned restaurant serving delicious and authentic Peruvian food in South Florida. The food is of amazing quality, with great flavor, and is well cooked. The menu has a great variety of options. Specific standout dishes include the Ceviche Mixto de Mercado, noted for being perfect, perfectly sour, and having a generous portion with lots of octopus, shrimp, and calamari; the sweet potato in the ceviche is a shining star. The Combinado with Anticuchos, Rachi, y Mollejitas is delicious, seasoned and cooked perfectly, and is a generous portion. The Tallarin al Pesto con Churrasco also offers generous portions. The fried rice has a depth of flavor and is an absolute favorite. For drinks, the limonada is particularly delicious and the chicha morada is spot on, not too sour or too sweet.

The service is excellent, quick, friendly, and helpful, making guests feel at home. The place is small and cutely decorated, obviously clean, and it fills up fast.
