I wanted to leave this review strictly to praise Ramona, who is so incredibly friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient. I’m always so happy when I pull up to the drive thru and realize she’s on the headset. Im in and out in 5 minutes and Ramona makes it a positive experience every time. I hope she’s as appreciated there as she deserves to be!
This is a two part review. One review is for Renee. Excellent customer service!! Friendly, engaging and seems as if she enjoys her job. That was so awesome! She gets 5 stars all the way!!Second review is for the restaurant. The board had one price for a sandwich but when it rang up the price was totally different. The burgers were cooked properly and the lettuce was crisp.and crunchy. The fries were cooked perfectly - nice and hot and soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The frozen coke was perfection with the coke tasting cinnamony. I wish I would have ordered a large one. This was a good experience to get the food fresh and hot.
