Order here a lot for my girlfriend. They always get 4 to 8 drink. They don't have a proper way to transport them. They have the crappy cardboard holders you get from fast food restaurant. But their cups do not fit in them. I dropped some and it broke open because they do not grip and slide right out. Their holders are meant for styrofoam cups, the 32 oz ones. You put them in these holders and they do not grip it. They sell wine and beer bottle holders that would work perfect for these cups. Top it off they didn't offer to replace it and I had to pay another $9. See pictures on how they do not hold the product. They suggested doubling up the holders which I already did. You sell an expensive product yet your cheap with the to go packaging. Do better and find a better solution because your product is impossible to transfer with what you currently have.

My go-to boba shop if I'm in the area! You can order online or in person. There are times that they can be busy with multiple orders and you will have to wait a little bit but nothing unbearably long. I only tried their drinks and never their food yet surprisingly. You can customize sweetness level which I like. They also have dairy-free milk as a substitute option. I really like their strawberry matcha lattes, 3 guys, and Thai tea latte. There's no where to sit inside so you can't really hang out after getting your orders unless you stand.

I have been coming to Tea plus for a really long time because that’s the only place my mom prefers over any other boba shop. But the drinks were so bad today, I went back in to ask for either a remake of something else or refund, they said they couldn’t give a refund or give me a different drink. I have been drinking the mango orange green tea for as long as I can remember so I know the taste but it was so so bad today. The boba tasted bad as well. It was all clumpy and had a weird taste. I hope they can do better the next time. Also maybe have an option for when a customer does not like a drink.

The drink is perfect. They make the drink base on I requested because I don't like the drink too sweet, so they gave the option 25% of sweetness. It's delicious and the boba not over cook, enough chewy. The service is perfect, they are nice and sweet as the drink they are making. Definitely good service and the store is clean.

If you're looking for a boba tea place that's closer to the ones in China, this is the place and you should definitly try their salt and pepper chicken they are delicous.

I’ve been coming to this tea shop for yeaaaars. I don’t come as I much as I used to due to the parking issues so when I do come it’s a whole thing.The drinks are always on point! A little pricey for the drink to ice ratio. My issue is the service. Tim/Tin (i didnt hear the name properly) took our orders and everything was okay. My issue was when after I asked him if they give out cup water. He spoke to me as if I was in the way and threw up his hands letting me know that I was clearly bothering him. I do think he misunderstood me because I asked him if he gave out cup waters, I didnt ask him to drop everything to get me the water. His attitude really rubbed me and my family the wrong way cause we just asked him a simple question not demanding to do anything so when he gave us that reaction I told him whenever he can it wasn’t the issue. So, the bottomline is that his attitude was inappropriate and that’s not how you speak to customers. I worked in customer service for many years and that is not how you speak to your paying customers who come out of their way to give you business. I dont think i’llcome again.
