“Cool little spot off the beaten path! It is all outdoors, so dress accordingly! Very casual and reasonably priced delicious food and drinks. The margarita is perfect! All fresh ingredients. “I recently visited the new sushi bar at Collins 1700 while on vacation in Miami, and I was thoroughly impressed! The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the chefs prepare hand rolls right in front of you, adding to the overall experience. The quality of the fish was outstanding, and each bite was a delight. I’m definitely planning to visit again before I head back home. If you’re in the area and love sushi, this place is a must-try!“

“Working with Art and his crew was a pleasure. I came to Arts facility to talk to him yesterday and decided he would be the guy to re-thatch our tiki hut. I was not happy with the last company that did it as it only lasted 4 years before I started seeing some holes. I was happy to see the narrow 1.5”-2” that Art’s crew put the palm fronds stalks on center for better coverage. His crew came out next day and completed the job. Very happy to have such a nice job done.“
