“Wow just wow! Food was amazing and portions are enormous! My family of 4 usually shares a pancake and one other item such as the hot potatoes bowl or a savory crepe! If you want to change the protein in anything just ask! We do not eat pork and they accommodate us and even make our items on a clean grill and change their gloves! Not many places will do this! The owner is almost always there and he is cooking or making coffee. The entire staff is friendly and after just 3 visits remembered us and knew our coffee likes. Their staff are all so kind and attentive. We do not go small when we come here. The order is 2-3 full scoops in a waffle cone every time! There is no better place to stop for ice cream. Neighbor’s doesn’t use any artificial dyes or additives in their ice cream. As people who generally eat extremely clean 90% of the time - this is so important to us. “This is by far the best coffee and doughnut shop in the Daytona Beach area. I love their Carmello which is a Carmel Macchiato Espresso-based coffee. They also have incredible bagels and croissants to which you can add cheese, bacon, ham, sausage, and/or egg too. Don't forget the munchkins! They have a jelly-filled muchkin which is out of this world. If I could have a last meal, it would include these little yummies and a Carmello. lol You can get hot doughnuts first thing in the morning. Got to be there when they open.“
