“awesome selection of specialty drinks, frozen lemonades, coffees and more!!“

“We enjoy stopping in for a lotus drink and a snack whether it's a pastry or a sandwich they always are fresh and tasty. The people are always welcoming and friendly. Their pop up nights once a month on Thursdays are fun and have great turn outs“

“Occasionally I’ve just been having the worst luck with this dunkin and food but today was just such an amazing breakfast sandwich lmao
Whoever made my breakfast sandwich today, I hope their pillow is always cool and their Oreos never fall into the milk!“

“100% recommend Island Roasters ✨ The best espresso around! Their iced lattes are served with coffee ice cubes, so you never have to worry about that watered-down taste—just pure, delicious coffee till the last sip! 🤍“

“I literally just left Brew. Ate my crunch wrap honey chicken siracha deal and I couldn’t wait to review this yummy of a wrap. A Must get! And I’m a great critic! Place looked amazing inside. Very cozy and the espresso was delicious too. Everything about this place! I give it an 11 out of 10! Will definitely be back!“

“Wow just wow! Food was amazing and portions are enormous! My family of 4 usually shares a pancake and one other item such as the hot potatoes bowl or a savory crepe! If you want to change the protein in anything just ask! We do not eat pork and they accommodate us and even make our items on a clean grill and change their gloves! Not many places will do this! The owner is almost always there and he is cooking or making coffee. The entire staff is friendly and after just 3 visits remembered us and knew our coffee likes. Thanks Cody and crew for an amazing place to treat our family with food and coffee!“

“10/10 !! The flavors & consistency of their shakes is spot on. I also got a s’mores protein donut that was delicious. Very macro friendly.“

“Need to show the best ice cream parlor in the world some love! My wife and I do ice cream date night every Friday after work. Neighbors Ice Cream Parlor takes care of us every time! Their staff are all so kind and attentive. We do not go small when we come here. The order is 2-3 full scoops in a waffle cone every time! There is no better place to stop for ice cream. Neighbor’s doesn’t use any artificial dyes or additives in their ice cream. As people who generally eat extremely clean 90% of the time - this is so important to us. You can taste the difference in their home-made ice cream. You will never be left feeling off after indulging in their best scoops! Some of our favorite flavors listed below: Dubai Chocolate Biscoff Cookie Butter Cookies & Cream Nutella Oreo Cookie Monster Seasalt Fudge Oreo Cream Pie Halloween Oreo Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Pirates Coffee“

“This is my get away spot for me time! Love it“

“This is the best coffee shop on Flagler avenue!!!! coffee shop is just adorable! Super great spot to sit and enjoy local roasted coffee and pastries. The service was wonderful and our barista was so friendly and helpful. They also have some amazing gelatos! I would 10/10 recommend“

“Wonderful little coffee shop! Our barista was such a nice woman to chat with on a slow Saturday morning walk. We enjoy Kat’s Cafe! And when Kat is there, her musical talents are beautiful!“

“Our kids always have a good time here, great for days that are too hot or wet to play outside.“

“Such a laid back atmosphere. Great K-teas. Three happy hours a day where you get half price k-teas and Kava (who does that?) Great staff too!“

“Great coffee, quiche is yummy & service is fantastic! Love the vibe - it’s a great spot for working/meetings.“

“Wine or coffee Great place to chill“

“I just want to say THANK YOU to the staff and also the company for including Death Care workers in your Frontline Workers promotion! I got a free iced coffee this morning at the Dunlawton location and the baristas didn’t even question me once I told them what my occupation was and the girl running the ordering intercom was extremely kind and helpful ! THANK YOU! Our profession is one of many that are overlooked during this time and it’s nice to have it be acknowledged!! 🖤❤️“

“I put in a large order the day before for an office meeting the next morning. They had it hot and ready to go at the exact time I requested and was able to drive right up and get everything. Easy peasy! Thank you so much for making my morning hassel free!“

“Cutest atmosphere, I love it! And the food is amazing. I've been there multiple times and took my 5yr old daughter there for a 'fancy' lunch and she's in love with it now :)“

“Flap Jacks to start this Fathers Day!!“

“We have been ordering from Christopher Bean for over a year. We love the depth of flavor and aroma of their beans, no burnt flavor. Top quality. Their beans are evenly roasted. These guys know what they are doing! Highly recommend. To address the shipping issue: we too have experienced this, but it has not affected how we feel about their product. Customer service is quick to help. To fix this, we order extra bags of beans, and then store them in glass Ball jars. This insures you'll never be without.“

“We are there twice, the first day our server was amazing. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. She very super attentive and quick. Our second day our server was Kathy. She did a wonderful job too.

We ordered the two egg breakfasts and I had the pancake portion. Everything was worth it.
Each day we were able to sit near the window to watch the beachgoers search for shells ,etc.“

“One of the best“

“highly recommend them. go che k them out“

“It's a McDonalds. Not much atmosphere, a nice woman brought our tray. But she stood by talking to another woman close to us and complained about her life almost the whole time we were there. Food was as expected. Restroom and lobby were clean and tidy“

“Convenient to enjoy during shopping‼️“
