Blue Flame Reviews
Amazing wine dinner at @blueflamedaytona tonight! The food was incredible and the wine pairings were so enjoyable! We had such an amazing time and absolutely loved the @lacremawines Russian River Chardonnay, the @juggernautwines Russian River Pinot Noir, and the incredible Chardonnay from @sequoiagrove. We had such a blast meeting new people, including some from Germany! The staff @thedaytonahotel were wonderful! If you are in the Daytona Beach area, a stop here would be...read full review

Blue Flame is a themed restaurant with Daytona-inspired decor and a nostalgic atmosphere filled with car memorabilia. The restaurant features static displays and racing-themed decor, which add to its unique charm. The views from the restaurant are nice, and the lively atmosphere makes it a fun place to dine, especially in the evenings when it gets busier. The menu offers a good selection of dishes, including the Grilled Swordfish, Clam Linguini, and Clam with Octopus soup, all prepared well. The Octopus was very tender, and the Maine dishes received praise. Service is generally solid, with attentive staff who follow up and care about the guests. Notably, Kim provides excellent recommendations and friendly service. Large servings and desserts are available, making it a good spot for a night out. The drink menu is fun, with options like moonshine specialties and the "Side Car" cocktail. During the week, the atmosphere is calmer and more relaxed, perfect for a peaceful meal. Some guests noted that the service can be inconsistent at times, such as waiting for drinks or bread. Others appreciated the unique experience, especially seeing the Daytona International Speedway from spacious booths. Overall, Blue Flame remains a popular choice for good food, drinks, and a nostalgic, lively setting, though some may find the menu limited if they are looking for steak.
