“Seated.Burger king seating area gives more options for reduced speed during my cash out from work.Some of the times my cash outs are disturbing by other's I have learned to Reduce my speed by slowing down when I feel emotionally rushed over forced attention by negative.Sunday are my favorite day for delishing breakfast over looking airplanes as they continue to land at Daytona International airport.I would usually seat all day at burger on Sunday until closing; I'm interested in Volusia mall court area by Chinese food on Sunday as well maybe a late evening or closing of the Volusia mall maybe before the late evening.“
“Your team has been doing an AMAZING job lately! I've been to this Burger King many times and it was very "hot or miss". I'm not sure exactly when I really noticed the consistent change of improvement but it seems that the past couple months have been solid!Food is fresh and hot and the presentation has been on-point! My mozzarella sticks aren't over-cooked and they actually have cheese in them. Fries are fresh and even a tad too hot to eat right away. My Whopper Jrs. have actually had noticeable Xtra pickles, have been fresh, and wrapped with precision.Service has been friendlier than ever before and I've noticed more smiles from the team. The team is even making a solid attempt to upsell.Lobby was noticeably clean and neat when I went inside and the restroom was clean!Whatever you have changed lately; I've noticed improvements across the board; your team, their service, and my food A+Keep "coming correct with it"!“
“Tonight I came into our local Daytona beach ocean walk burger king location and was completely filled with joy and appreciation with the service I received tonight! I was met with Joy at the register and her bubbly personality and radiant smile is contagious! She made sure I was happy with my order and she aimed to please! I would recommend her hospitality and give her 5 stars! Also, Melvin and Geo in B.O.H were also set to make sure as a customer I didn't leave the register until I felt 100% pleased with my order. They were definitely all smiles, great customer service skills, and all 3 of them kept their composure and nailed it during their dinner rush as I was there to witness! With only 3 running this whole restaurant they are well equipped and skilled to do so. All 3 should get a raise and praised! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!“
“I have patronized the Burger King on north nova, Daytona beach store number 1446, many times. Once when I was doing take out, I did experience what the one negative review had. However, I have since gone to this store almost every Saturday on my way home from church. When I have gone into the store, I find the staff friendly and helpful when I’ve been confused about ordering. The fellow in the back was busy making up the orders, the young man at counter seemed to be new, and the female about 36 with false eyelashes (for identification purposes) in between what she was doing, was helping the young man at the counter.Seemed like a very cooperative group which I admire. I always like the food at Burger King so no problem there. I feel the drive thru system could use some improvement. I don’t know if it’s a leftover from COVID or the system feeling there can be danger or theft possibility involved.Feel sorry bk staff has to come out to cars which is time consuming for them.“
