Burger King in Daytona Beach

“I hardly ever take the time to do any reviews anywhere I go but the general manager Caitlin at this location went above and beyond! She even came to check on us after we sat down to eat. The food was hot and the rest of the staff was very friendly as well! Very happy customer, and will definitely be back.“

“I always have excellent service here. I order through the app and the food is always ready when I arrive and there has never been a single mistake in my order. The employees are always so friendly too, which is rare to see at a fast food restaurant. They even bring my order to me while I’m waiting in line at the drive thru, which is pretty amazing. So yeah, best Burger King around, and I will absolutely keep going back.“

“I visited this Burger King with my daughters and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at first. When we walked in, we were not acknowledged at all. We stood waiting while employees were present, but no one greeted us or offered to take our order. I even had to ask if we could place an order inside, and we were still ignored.

Thankfully, the General Manager, Desiree, came out of a meeting (even in street clothes) and immediately stepped in. She apologized for the situation and personally took care of us. Her professionalism and willingness to jump in and fix the experience made a big difference.

While the initial service from the team was unacceptable, Desiree showed great leadership by addressing the issue right away. I appreciate her effort, but I hope the rest of the team improves on basic customer service moving forward.“
