Me and the guys were getting tires on the work truck at Terrific Tire on Mason and saw Hidden Soul’s food truck. Decided we had to try the hot honey fried chicken, and we were not disappointed at all! It was amazing. Highly recommend you follow and support this business if you enjoy good soul food and polite service!
Food is delicious! Among the members of our party, we had oxtail, curry chicken, plantains, collards, mac and cheese, and of course the peas and rice. Great taste … all of it! It was fresh, seasoned well, and the portions were generous. The service was also excellent. The sweet young lady at the truck had excellent customer service and was personable. Took about 10-15 minutes to get our order, which was fine to us.

Hidden Soul is a must-try for delicious soul food. Their hot honey fried chicken is amazing and the jerk chicken is top-notch. The basmati rice with peas and mac & cheese are a hit, while the collard greens might not suit everyone's taste. Despite missing a cornbread in one order, the food truck offers great service and a family-friendly atmosphere with open parking. Give them a try for the best Caribbean food on wheels!
