“They have now gone to kiosk food ordering, so the personal touch has been lost. The soda machine has also been removed from the lobby, so you have to wait until someone shows up to the counter for you to get a refill. The part I don't understand is that they will not use your used cup. They will give you a new cup. So why not give everyone a large drink when you buy food in the lobby? So you avoid people standing in front of the counter waiting to get a refill.“

“these ladies here were busting in their butts, taking care of the entire store. I definitely enjoyed my meal tonight. The quarter pounder was the freshest hottest burger that I have ever had from a McDonald’s. I definitely enjoyed it and I will be back.“

“The mgmnt of this McDonald's was the best we've seen in many, many years. Starting at walking in, we were greeted and NOT told to use the kiosk but took our order. He asked us to sit so he could bring our meal when ready. Not only taking others' orders but brought us our food when it was ready. The bathrooms were spotless, I mean cleaner than my own!! I wish their team could take our McDonald's here in Port St. john, FL
