“I had ordered on the mobile app for this location and for some reason it didn't load and put it in for a different mcdonalds when I was already on my way here. I tried calling thay mcdonald's to cancel the order since they hadn't made the order yet. The person on the phone told me he wouldn't cancel the order and made it even tho I couldn't be at the location since it was far away. When I came here I asked Tiffany the manager what could be done. She wound up making that same order for me and gave it to me for free. She is extremely sweet and caring for her customers and she makes the atmosphere very warm and welcoming. Props to you Tiffany 👏“
“Just when you think the work you do at a fast food restaurant is not relevant, or can’t make an impression, or a difference …. I went through the drive thru tonight around 9:30- 10 pm and ordered a large chocolate shake and a double stack burger. Between the politeness of the young lady at the pay window and the greeting I received with a smile at the food pick up window, my meal was that much better. Thank you for the work you do because it can and does make a difference to those of us who appreciate the service you provide when hunger strikes, and it’s getting late at night.“
“One of the best McDonalds I have gone to ever. They still have the self service fountain drinks, they don't actually mess up your order and they even bring the food too you. I've been to some terrible McDonalds, wrong orders, didn't get everything, terrible staff, even raw food, this one though is an exception.“
