“This is a new McDonalds. It's very clean.The staff are very kind, helpful and courteous . The food is delicious and fries are hot and yummy. Grace and employee is so kind and helpful. She knows what I want and is so accommodating. Always., has a smile too. Im very thankful for her help. The other staff too, ate very helpful and kind. I love going here at least once or twice a week. THE manager too at one time was so so nice and helpful when I needed extra pickles. He said no problem and got it for me.“
“Excellent McDonald’s! One of the best—if not the best—in Jacksonville.
Our food was prepared incredibly quickly, and I honestly haven’t seen burgers this neat and well-made at McDonald’s in a long time. The burger patty was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh, and we were very satisfied with our meal.
A special thank you to the female supervisor. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was very friendly and professional, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service.“
