“We are from out of town (Albany ga) and we have 5 different McDs. It is RARE that we get even good cust srvc. It is RARE we ever get our order correct. We NEVER get our fries filled when we order large fries. I HATE going to our McDs back home but this one here in Ocala? Freaking awesome. They were busy but organized. Grandma who was cleaning the tables are super friendly and nice. Overall staff was great. Our (large) order was correct the first time and all of it was fresh. This location and staff are top tier. Please let the staff/GM/DM know we are extremely happy.“

Very clean Location! Bathroom and and lobby are truly spotless!
Buyer beware! This location seems to Have an issue with the POS system seems to be Charging full price for mc doubles when going through the drive-through!
Although the menu clearly says buy one get one for a dollar,
The manager on duty rectified the situation 100% with fabulous customer service! I got a complete order replacement comped for the inconvenience as an alternative to a full refund!

I know the markets are bad, but do you really need the extra Two dollars? And if you do at least take the savings offer off the menus as it’s unnecessary false or misleading advertising.“

“I G here about once a week to get food for my daughter and the food is always fresh and the ff are always hot which i love. Some McDonald's you your food it's cold, and you get mad 😠 since it's basically worthless. Its fast food don't expect 5 star but at least have hot ff. This McDonald's always does. Staff can be okay depending on what day you go“
“I was able to use my rewards, (after a short wait to use a 2nd one, same day). I was assisted by Mary Jo, the same employee who helped me last week. She was busy all the time; when there were not pending order or customers waiting, she cleaned the door glass and swept the floor. Everyone was engaged, busy, and friendly. Food was good, timely. I enjoyed it.“
“Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. Today was the first time that I received a scrambled type egg instead of a round egg!! It was okay but perfer the round egg. Had to wait for my order also. Not sure why I had to wait?? All was good just alittle different than expected!“
“When me and my husband came into this location tonight, we were tired and hungry. Unfortunately neither one of us are good with the app, but thank goodness the manager Alex was here to save the night. She was very professional, kind and courteous destiny who was working in the front counter was also a big hand, ensuring us that it wasn’t a problem. The restaurant was clean. “I don’t usually get good service at any Macdonald’s. There is always something wrong with my order or missing and they always take forever. However, we were passing by and decided to stop and was greatly impressed by this location! Service was excellent, fast and everything was correct. We were literally in and out. I didn’t get the name of the young lady who took my order and made sure it was all good but thank you! I just had to leave a good review bc they definitely deserved it.“
“What an amazing young man that was working the evening shift that day. He wanted to make sure that my coffee was hot so when I asked for more cream and sugar he warned me that it very well my cool off my coffee certainly. Then he decided he was just going to make a very hot cup of coffee and put what I had asked for in there himself. I didn't have to lift a finger and I was so grateful.“

“I wanted to make sure I commended Miss Shayla for helping me yesterday, I came through at the very end of breakfast service and was missing a couple of items. I called the store, expecting nobody to answer, but she did, And she told me to come on by and pick them up, even though it was after breakfast at this point, When I got there, she had them make the McMuffins fresh, Personally apologized to me and put two extra pies in the bag. She was so sweet and so professional, And I just wanted to say there needs to be more Shayla’s out there in the food service industry because she was just a joy. Thank you Shayla!“
