McDonald's in Leesburg

“I had to wait for my breakfast told to pull up and wait which i did but after 12 min i walked in and asked hey..where is my order? They forgot about me but made it quickly and threw in an extra hash brown. This McDonald's in particular is surrounded by urban sprawl soon to bury us in the area whith more traffic more headaches construction ect all the bullshit that cones along with it but this Crew at this McDonald's is very good its the area, parking lot that makes it inefficient. Food was very good“

“Today's food was free because my last time thru drive-thru I got home, and my order was NOT CORRECT- they forgot to put cheese and xtra grilled onion on my steak bagel- NO EGG! I WAITED 28 MIN! and I got a tea to go...all I got was a HARD bagel w steak and has brown added for the wait 🤷‍♀“

You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure people leave happy. If there is ever an issue with my order, he fixes it right away without hesitation and always does it with kindness. I have never had a bad experience when he has helped me. Employees like Jatnil make a huge difference, and his outstanding customer service is one of the main reasons I continue coming back to this location.
