“Wonderful crew member Shyia she was super sweet and understanding when I asked about my sweet tea order. Remade the tea ask about wait time which was so wonderful. This location has a great asset and she deserves the recognition. Shyia definitely deserves and take pride in her job.“
“I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience with the public concerning a restaurant. It goes without mention that the staff, chef's, and owners are extremely experienced and very well trained. Our meals were prepared to perfection, at the correct temperature, and completely satisfying. Also, the menu is well balanced, within budget, and not confusing. Additional, we also enjoyed the very clean and pleasing atmosphere. Altogether bravo! Job well done.“

They had all my food correct and had me laughing at the window, while happily waiting for my food. I appreciate the work ethic and superb customer service!“
“Y’all! I literally do not even eat McDonald’s. I may stop here and there for the fries (who DOESNT love McDonald French fries) and occasionally the fish sandwich as a last result honestly. I usually don’t get fresh food and the staff is barely ever pleasant. No matter which one you go to.
HOWEVER, today I happened to stop by THIS location (highway 17 in Orange Park) and I am truly impressed. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, the food was fresh, and the manager (Shawn) seems to be a great leader for his team! This location will change your perspective on McDonald’s as a whole. It was just that type of experience. Thank you Shawn and team! Keep up the great work!!!!!“
“I go there multiple times a week for my son and I just have to give a shout out to Ty’rell ( I hope I remembered it correctly) EVERY interaction with him is so polite and professional. I’ve seen him interact with customers in a crowded dining area and behind the counter. He is always always so sweet. I’ve been meaning to ask for his name to let corporate know and I’m glad I finally got it. I really hope this location recognizes what an amazing staff member they have.“
