McDonald's in Brunswick

“I had a very positive experience at this McDonald's overall. One of my favorite menu items is the Filet-O-Fish sandwich, and this location prepared it exactly as it should be 👍🏾 with the traditional steamed bun rather than a toasted bun. I've visited other McDonald's restaurants that toasted the bun, which changes the texture and takes away from the classic sandwich experience. This location got it right.

The service was excellent. Although my husband placed our order through the self-service kiosk and selected takeout, an employee kindly brought our food directly to our table, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.

Our grandson enjoyed his Happy Meal, especially the toy included inside. We also requested our fries without salt, and they were prepared perfectly, which is important to us for health reasons.

The only downside to our visit was the atmosphere. Several young boys brought scooters into the restaurant and left them near the entrance, creating an obstacle for customers entering and exiting. We actually had to step over the scooters to leave, and I felt this posed a safety hazard that could have caused someone to trip and get injured 🤕.

Additionally, the boys gathered near our table and repeatedly used the kiosk directly in front of us, which made the dining experience feel crowded and somewhat uncomfortable.

Despite those concerns, the food quality and customer service were excellent. If management can do a better job of addressing safety and maintaining a more comfortable dining environment, this would be an outstanding location.“

“Probably the best McDonald's I have literally ever eaten at period.
I'm generally not a a big fan of the golden arches and tend to treat as the occasional necessary evil, but the cheeseburgers I ate at this locations one random day driving though I95 actually were not only the most magically delicious McDonald's I've had, but actually held their own as hamburgers in general, across the genre.“

“I got what I normally get but I added Big Mac sauce to my McDouble ☺ and that had to be the juiciest cheese burger I've had from McDonald's in so long and my French fries and nuggets were so fresh and crispy everything 10/10 ! And the older man at the window made the experience so much better with his positive attitude and spunkiness he had , loved it ! It's been a long time since I've had an experience like that at McDonald's!“

“I did not realize that you all closed at 11:00 on Friday night. I would like to say that you were represented by the best of the best tonight. At 10:54 those young people did exactly what you pay them to do and more. They took my order and we're very pleasant. All my food was fresh and hot. They are truly to be commended for the customer service they provided. Before coming to your location I went to another fast food restaurant at 10:30 and it also closes at 11:00. No one responded at the establishment despite me being able to hear them. I just want your staff to be recognized for providing excellent customer service minutes before closing. This was on 5/9/2025.“

“It is a typical McDonald’s with no real outliers. The location is convenient and close to a highway exit, which makes it easy to stop by while traveling. The restaurant is CLEAN, though it looked understaffed during our visit, and the service was a bit slow as a result. We ordered McFlurries (Shamrock and Oreo Shakes), and both were good and prepared well. However, the vegetarian menu is still VERY limited, and it’s surprising that McDonald’s hasn’t addressed this huge market yet. On the positive side, the service staff were very friendly and made the experience more pleasant overall.“
