McDonald's in Brunswick

“Ordered a Big Mac meal and large drink. Got what seemed like a half made Big Mac and a drink so full of ice I bet there wasn’t 10 ounces of coke. Why is it the prices are rising, service is as if they are entitled, and the food just isn’t any good any more. Guess McDonald’s is off my travel stops.“

“I got what I normally get but I added Big Mac sauce to my McDouble ☺ and that had to be the juiciest cheese burger I've had from McDonald's in so long and my French fries and nuggets were so fresh and crispy everything 10/10 ! And the older man at the window made the experience so much better with his positive attitude and spunkiness he had , loved it ! It's been a long time since I've had an experience like that at McDonald's!“

“Probably the best McDonald's I have literally ever eaten at period.
I'm generally not a a big fan of the golden arches and tend to treat as the occasional necessary evil, but the cheeseburgers I ate at this locations one random day driving though I95 actually were not only the most magically delicious McDonald's I've had, but actually held their own as hamburgers in general, across the genre.“

“I did not realize that you all closed at 11:00 on Friday night. I would like to say that you were represented by the best of the best tonight. At 10:54 those young people did exactly what you pay them to do and more. They took my order and we're very pleasant. All my food was fresh and hot. They are truly to be commended for the customer service they provided. Before coming to your location I went to another fast food restaurant at 10:30 and it also closes at 11:00. No one responded at the establishment despite me being able to hear them. I just want your staff to be recognized for providing excellent customer service minutes before closing. This was on 5/9/2025.“

“Gavin Parker was great. Amazing customer service, and went above and beyond our expectations for a rainy day date with my husband and the Lord Jesus. :) More than grateful and God bless the rest of the staff who was friendly, the manager who helped and also, the two others working the night of 9/11/2026 who were supportive the whole time. Gavin was the star of our visit. Amen.

The food could have been warmer, but it all tasted good. We got McChickens, McDouble, fries, nuggets, and a Hi-C to drink. All is well. Thank you.“
