“Came at 9 am ate at a table, food came out fast. The food was warm and neatly assembled. All utensils and condiments were on the tray, and tray was brought to the table. They also have outlets at the table for mobile workers to charge devices. I was reassured it was not a problem. This has been a breath of fresh air. I completely recommend this facility. If I could give an above and beyond star, I would.“
“By far the best experience I’d ever had at a McDonald’s. I had interactions with 3 different employees, ever. Single. One. Was friendly and in a cheerful mood. Which put me in a cheerful mood. Food was fresh and hot! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! Keep up the great work!!“
“Honestly, fast food is usually better in the morning (because of the adults working) and worse at night (because of the children working). Things just flow different and I understand that.
This McDonald’s has never missed for me though and even when there was a problem they fixed it and made up for it. Children handle situations differently than adults so my boyfriend has had some run in with younger people who just didn’t care.
My food is always hot and fresh even when I get it delivered. It could be because I live right behind this location but we all know opening your delivery bag and getting old food or a wrong order is something we just get accustomed to over time. But they always get it right (sauces and all).
I recommend this location and I’ve spoken with the manager a couple times she’s professional and kind.“
“This is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to I came in here with my son at 6:30 we ordered our food we did not get our food until 7:20 50 minutes for a Happy meal it was like we did not exist up front no employees would come up front and finally the lady came and when I try to ask her if my order was ready and she was the manager she said baby how do I know can't you see I got all this going on how do I know if your order is ready and walked off I couldn't cancel it on the app I would have if I could have stayed away from this McDonald's I've been here a few times before and it's been a problem every single time and of course his Burger was not plane I couldn't get anyone back to correct it and then to put his lid on his drink they had no lids but I couldn't find an employee to even give us a lid it's like you don't exist if you're in the lobby stay clear of this McDonald's by all chance there's another one a couple miles down the road“
“I would like to take the time to recognize two outstanding McDonald's locations that have consistently delivered exceptional service and quality. Every time I visit, whether early in the morning or later in the day, the food is always hot, fresh, and prepared with care. That level of consistency is something I truly appreciate, especially when it comes to fast food.
One of the things that makes this location stand out is the leadership and team atmosphere. There is an assistant manager whose name I do not know, but his presence does not go unnoticed. He is always actively assisting, maintaining a positive attitude, and ensuring that customers feel welcomed. His personality is pleasant, energetic, and genuinely uplifting, which makes a difference in the overall experience. It is clear that he takes pride in his role and in supporting both the team and the customers.
Additionally, I would like to recognize Ms. Mary, who I understand to be the general manager. Her leadership is evident in every aspect of the restaurant. The environment is filled with positivity, structure, and a strong sense of care. It is clear that her spirit and leadership style set the tone for the entire team. From order accuracy to cleanliness and customer service, everything reflects a standard of excellence. The consistency of the operation would not be possible without her dedication and commitment.
This particular location has become one of my go-to places, especially in the early morning hours. I often find myself arriving around 5:30 a.m., already in line waiting for the restaurant to open at 6:00 a.m. There is something about hearing that familiar, welcoming voice over the intercom that sets the tone for the day. It creates a sense of comfort and reliability that keeps me coming back.
I would also like to highlight another McDonald's location that I frequently visit during lunchtime. This location Pooler Parkway consistently delivers the same high level of service and quality. There is a kind and hardworking lady in the lobby who ensures that the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Her attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a pleasant environment does not go unnoticed.
Both of these locations represent what the McDonald’s brand should stand for—consistency, cleanliness, accuracy, and excellent customer service. The food is always fresh, orders are handled efficiently, and the staff creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable.
As a loyal customer, I can confidently say that these are my preferred McDonald’s locations. Whether I am stopping by early in the morning or during lunch hours, I know I will receive dependable service and quality food. These teams have set a high standard for fast food service, and I truly appreciate the effort and care that goes into every visit.

“Last week, I was given the wrong order at the drive thru. I called & David the Manager apologized & said to come back at my convenience & my order would.be replaced. I went in today. David replaced my order & apologized again. I am very happy with his customer service.“
“Honestly, the parking lot was super packed and the drive thru took a while, but it is Georgia. My QP was cold but the rest of the food was hot. Associate was friendly but it's disappointing when your food is obviously not made to order or even heated up.“
“The customer service has gotten a lot better over at this McDonalds over the last year. They are more polite and faster depending on the time of day. The last two times I have been I have been at dinner time and breakfast and both times they have been quick and friendly.“

“I was on my travels... Making my way downtown looked into my app and boom. There it was over 2500points to use. At this particular location the rep greeted me and gave it a shot told me my order as she said I seen you as soon as you walked up to the property in less than 4min flat the order was ready to go. I was back off to the Greyhound station and didn't miss my bus!444“
“The Berwick McDonald's is one of my favorites. The food is always good, The employees are always nice to me, And my order comes in a timely manner because I usually go there when they are slammed So it takes a little while but it's not an unreasonable waiting time. I put in my order, and pay for it and they tell me to have a seat and they bring it out to me. I'm a retired mystery shopper, retired retail and retired fast food so I know service when I see it and these folks are great. If you go to a fast food place with a bad attitude, that is what you're going to get in return because these folks work hard just like you do and all they want to do is to be treated well. If you don't get that, it was likely because you were rude to them to begin with. Try taking a deep breath and putting yourself in their shoes and be a little kinder. This McDonald's is the best one in Savannah hands down“
“It's a very rare occasion that any McDonald's gets 5 Stars across the board. Stopped in during early lunch, approximately 12pm. The drive through was very busy and the dining room,wasn't as bad. Walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted by a female employee with a good attitude and a smile. My food was ready in minutes. My meal was brought out to my table. The same Female still with this great attitude brought my food to me. The food was hot and about as fresh as it could get. Maybe I hit this location on a good day,maybe not. Time will tell as I'll be back and I'll update this review if needed afterwards.
Kid-friendliness: This location doesn't have a playground, but does have a small fun area for small children.“
