“Wonderful staff, we were greeted by a young gentleman, with gold crosses on his shirt. He was polite and kind. Food did take some time to get to us. But overall food was hot and tasted great! Thank you McDonald's for a great breakfast.“
“Generally the foods pretty normal for McDonald's over here. But this time it was mediocre at best. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt because it was dinner rush but when we received our food after a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru our fries were pretty undercooked, and our drinks never came with straws. It may seems like small stuff but it adds up, especially after waiting pretty long. Like I said, it was dinner rush so I wouldn't have been too mad at missing straws but come on... Undercooked fries?“
“I had a great experience at McDonald’s today! From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. The assistant manager was incredibly courteous, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail of my order was handled with care.
What really impressed me was how fresh and hot my food was, everything came out exactly how it should be, and you can tell they take pride in quality and customer satisfaction. It’s not every day you receive service that feels genuine and intentional like that.
This location definitely sets the standard for fast food done right. I’ll absolutely be returning!“

Wonderful energy there, specially the guy who makes jokes with everybody! You can tell he just lights up the room. I wish I got a name.

“I am not even exaggerating when I say hands down the NICEST McDonald's I have ever been to... and we all know there are ALOT lol. But the managers here are so friendly, the drive through people always friendly! Which makes the experience better, who wants a grumpy person interaction?...anyways the food is always exactly what I order, and...they are FAST! I very been to a few fast food drive through where I've literally waited 45 mins, I'm a very patient person and so other places I just deal with it.... Not here! “The GM here DOES NOT PLAY. She runs a tight ship and 90% of the time this place has the line moving constantly. I come to this location despite one being closer to my house because I almost always get my food right which is rare for any mcdonald's and it comes out fast which is even rarer for mcdonald's“
“Shout out to Diamond💎too!!!I want corporate and the managers of this location to KNOW they have two wonderful employees, Kevon 2nd register and Kyndall 1st register that are so kind, courteous and professional. Every time I come through to get my frappe, which is several times a week they both go above and beyond with kindness, respect and courtesy to the customers! I was a manager of Mimi’s Café in two cities and these young men need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service ! I so appreciate and enjoy this location and go out of my way to come here instead of the one on Deerwood Park that is closer to my home because of the excellent customer service that I receive time and time again. “I dont normally do reviews but i really feel I need to acknowledge one worker who is always smiling.Always happy, always polite and always willing to help.Whose name is Chris. He is always polite. He makes it a welcoming place. He's a hard worker.
He needs to be acknowledged for this. Because not all the employees there are happy to have a job like he is. He takes his job seriously. And he's always always busy, he needs to be noticed for this. In fact, I feel the main reason I come here is just to see him smile. Keep him around and you'd need to make him management in my opinion
On a little side note, the music here is always the best.I love whatever radio station, you have it on you leave it there.Great music.It makes you happy you could turn the air down a little bit and cool it off.Because get a little hot but other than that“
“Yeah as I walked in I was greeted very kindly by Funmiike. Please stick my order with hospitality and purpose and then I met Melinda the manager who made sure that my order was perfect and she absolutely created a great environment with harass the manager she does a great job of keeping the team a team and it was really cool to watch the way that they work together and I cannot forget Damauria. Who greeted me so kindly with my order. I truly appreciate the service here and keep the good work guys five stars all around.“

“just went through the drive thru and had one of the most pleasant interactions i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s. although they were super busy and there was a long line/wait, Davion (at the 2nd window) was so kind and patient and had a great attitude and demeanor. he apologized for the long wait and even offered me and extra dipping sauce for the wait lol it’s not much but it’s the service and attitude that matters. he could have been frustrated due to the rush and been short with customers. but instead he was cool, calm, and collected. please give him his props! it’s rare to encounter an employee at this location with such a great attitude! 💕“

“The parking lot was clean and an employee was actively picking up trash before 7 a.m. so I was impressed with that. This being Jacksonville there were homeless people and what looked to be prostitutes walking around the area looking suspicious. The employees were helpful and pleasant to deal with although I had to repeat my order several times at the drive thru. After I got to the window to get the food they had put ice in my drink after I specifically asked for no ice due to a broken tooth I sporting right now.. Lol. We got that corrected and I checked to make sure I had the correct number of biscuits and hash browns in the bag. That was all good so I started on my way but decided to stop and check for the grape jelly I asked for because I didn't notice it when I was looking through everything. I had to circle around and park to go in and get it and the girl at the counter didn't ask any questions because I guess she recognized me from the drive through window. Once that was taken care of I was on my way. The food was fresh and hot so it was a good trip.“
