Pretty sure the manager was taking orders at the drive thru, she was amazing. The kindest, smiling, helpful person that took time to explained to me why they always ask if you're using your app, then how to use it too.Rare!
I was a General Manager for McDonald's over 30 years ago. I had been in restaurant management until my retirement 5 years ago. I try so hard not to criticize the QSCH anymore. Just go in get my food a leave. I find that very hard to do at this location. I was so excited about this new location when it opened. That was short lived. Both inside and drive through service is horrible. Drive-thru is slow without any apologies whatsoever. Dine-in never busy when I'm there....read full review

I forgot to ask what the lady up front name was but she was fast and quick to resolve an issues about missing one thing about our morning meal she's outstanding and very funny she's an elderly lady super kind love my experience eating there
