Came to Florida from Tennessee for a while and maybe like one month of staying. Walked from the apartment my parents staying at to one near Gate gas station. Like I always say, “Burn Calories to get Calories.” Great way to relax for a bit and sometimes watch TV. I don’t care about bad reviews or anything, it just McDonalds and they always makes you smile 😊
The only two times I've ordered from this McDonald's have been terrible experiences.
The first time, the employee who took my order pretended to be deaf by using sign language. A few moments later, he spoke and interacted with me normally, laughed about it, and then handed me a completely incorrect order through the drive-thru. I found that behavior disrespectful and unprofessional.

Its been a few hours since I left but there was only one guy on the shift, which is crazy even for McDonalds. You have to do better. He absolutely deserves kudos and recognition...but my memory sucks. Name begins with an R and he handled the drive thru and the doordash window with ease.

McDonald's offers typical fast food, with a good double Big Mac and lemonade. The location is convenient, but the service is slow due to understaffing, leading to long wait times at the drive-thru and inside. Some customers have had difficulties getting decaf coffee. During busy times, the wait to order and receive food can be very long. There have been instances of food, like the ten piece chicken nugget, being served raw. However, a hard worker was seen cleaning the dining room and providing good service with a big smile.
