I m home sick. I ordered food on the app which I've done many times . screenshot order and code and send my boyfriend to pick up. they claimed not to have it in the system and need my phone to verify. he has code , details and shows paid!! they refuse to do my order saying he needs to go home, get my phone I used to place order then come back ! im extremely upset. Unfortunately not a great visit here. Waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes. Understandable because it was late so not that much man power. The food was cold to room temperature. Great coaching opportunity for them to make the food hot and fresh when there's wait. The guest will understand that the wait is worth the meal. The service was very friendly and I greatly appreciate what they do. I hope the next visit will be a better one.
Misty the night Manager is so awesome and professional, she's definitely what this McDonald's has been needing. I've seen her taking the trash out, wiping tables, mopping floors, and just being a fantastic leader. Wow!
