This McDonalds is five stars. Its because of the difference between real leadership and management.This restaurant has real leadership and as you can imagine, it runs very well.I come here in the mornings before the ? breakfast rush and have seen several quality manages and a regional manager and it's very clear that they truly care about their employees and customer service.Whether this is the coffee or getting an order correct. Its in this location.
Great location, clean store for how busy they are. No counter person and dismissive associates. Wait time is not long, but the food is not hot. This location would benefit greatly from better management.

Have eaten here 2 or 3 times a week for years. Ms. Pumpkin, Amanda and others know us and they are friendly and work hard. Due to no fault of their own, you never know if the dining room will be open. So, for the 3rd week in a row, it's 830 am and the dining room is closed due to lack of staff. Afraid they've finally lost our business because you never know what to expect.
