“This was my first time having lunch at China 90.. I had the General Tso's chicken , Pork Fried Rice and Egg Roll combo. It was steaming hot and delicious. And fresh. The restaurant has plenty of tables and chairs to dine in which makes that real nice.. I rate this place 1 to 10, and I give it a 15.. I'm going back today.“

“Ordered here because I seen the rice was brown and not yellow which is very rare for us new yorkers to find. I never ordered fried chicken at a chiense place and got the wings cut up like this which is pretty neat. I ordered bean sprouts to be added to the rice but they forgot to add them so 4 stars. Also something tasted different with the rice I couldn't really figure it out I usually get my chinese food from new china city but I was craving it and it's moday and china city is closed on Monday but I like them a little better.“

Trust me its way better since it has to be made fresh ordered. Now that I moved I truly miss this place. “One of the best Chinese spots around central Florida. They used to have express food, which I still miss to this day. But their food is equivalent to old style Chinese. Their General Tso is always crispy and their beef dishes are always tender. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to get here!“

“If you Google "China Star" your order will be hijacked by Door Dash. They have marked up the prices ($3.50 for plain lo mein vs. $2.75 if you order at the counter or by phone) as well as assessing a delivery fee and mandating a tip. Evidently they don't "get" the idea that the faster they get it to your door, the bigger the tip. Although the checkout allows you to select "pickup" the web genie will not process an order unless you select "delivery".In other words, China Star is great — and needs to cut all ties with DoorDash“

“Pleasant experience. Been coming here for a year now. Fried rice actually has a stir fry after burn “wok hei” flavor (which is excellent and rare). The sauces and portions are nice too. I don't know why people are being so negative. This is actually a really decent spot. I usually cook my own chinese food, but if i’m being lazy I order from here with no complaints. Ignore the negative folks on here and give it a try. Plus these guys have been in Sanford for 20+ years. If your restaurant survives for 20+ years you have to be doing something right?? No??“

“It’s not a hole-in-the-wall per se - even though the bathroom gives off Tuberculosis vibes. But real talk though…I can only vouch for the whole chicken wings. Crispy. Juicy. Flavorful. Not pumped with steroids. Your favorite wing place has got nothing of these. If I wasn’t a prime candidate for a myocardial infarction due to longstanding coronary atherosclerosis, I’d eat these wings at least 4 times a week.“

Atmosphere got 5 stars because they had a really big Christmas themed coloring poster and markers out on a big table for anyone and everyone to color while they waited for their food or while they ate. We thought that was really cool and would love to see more of this!“
