“One of the best Chinese spots around central Florida. They used to have express food, which I still miss to this day. But their food is equivalent to old style Chinese. Their General Tso is always crispy and their beef dishes are always tender. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to get here!“

“This is an excellent establishment and although I didn’t give the food five stars, it was not because the food was bad. It was just because it was a little bit bland for my liking. However, that is not a reflection of the quality of food that we received. I was very impressed with the quality of food quality of service in the friendly atmosphere and I would highly recommend this place for those that prefer Chinese food. Also, I found the prices were very reasonable.“

“Pleasant experience. Been coming here for a year now. Fried rice actually has a stir fry after burn “wok hei” flavor (which is excellent and rare). The sauces and portions are nice too. I don't know why people are being so negative. This is actually a really decent spot. I usually cook my own chinese food, but if i’m being lazy I order from here with no complaints. Ignore the negative folks on here and give it a try. Plus these guys have been in Sanford for 20+ years. If your restaurant survives for 20+ years you have to be doing something right?? No??“

“It was my first time eating at a PE and everything tasted like it was drowned in sugar, it was WAY too sweet. I ended up throwing everything away. However the staff was friendly and kind, place was clean, and the experience was great other than the food being horrible in my own personal opinion, it was also a little pricey. It just wasn't for me but my spouse loved it.“

“This was my first time having lunch at China 90.. I had the General Tso's chicken , Pork Fried Rice and Egg Roll combo. It was steaming hot and delicious. And fresh. This place didn't disappoint, the sauce was one of the tastiest I have had in a while. Try this place for yourself, you won't be disappointed. I would have given the atmosphere five stars but it was not really a kind of dine place. They had some seating but I'm guessing it's mostly for waiting for your order.“

“Legitemately the best Chinese takeout of all time. My husband grew up with this place, when we met he introduced me and I knew I could never eat at any other Chinese takeout again! The quality at Wah Yoan is unmatched! We don't even live in the are anymore and I still send my husband 30 mins away to pick it up or willingly pay a long distance delivery fee specifically to get it from here. A problem I've had with other Chinese takeout places (besides quality in general) is the fried items always taste nasty like bad oil and chicken pieces are typically... odd. I'm very particular about chicken. At Wah Yoan though? I will eat an entire container of chicken without thinking twice! Their fried items are the absolute best as well. I love their egg rolls. It's hard to recommend one thing because actually everything is good, but I would say the honey chicken is a stand out! I will continuing spreading the Wah Yoan gospel, please never close shop!!“

“I'm a Chinese guy but I'm not gonna lie. It's tough to find good general Tsos chicken. Usually mostly breading or a sauce that's too thick or sweet. The online order gave the option for level of heat when i put it in and asked for very spicy. I upgraded to lo mein for 1.50 more. The sauce was spicy and light with the perfect sweetness. The chicken was crispy but actually had real chicken inside. The lo mein was not flooded with soy and it had a really wonderful taste. I will most definitely be back soon. The lady at the counter was also super nice. 5 stars all the way!“

“If you Google "China Star" your order will be hijacked by Door Dash. They have marked up the prices ($3.50 for plain lo mein vs. $2.75 if you order at the counter or by phone) as well as assessing a delivery fee and mandating a tip. Evidently they don't "get" the idea that the faster they get it to your door, the bigger the tip. Although the checkout allows you to select "pickup" the web genie will not process an order unless you select "delivery".In other words, China Star is great — and needs to cut all ties with DoorDash“

... tonight was the 1st time ever order here...

Around 7:15pm on a Monday, we walked in the food court, they offered us bourbon chicken and orange chicken samples, both were super flavourful! (Think that classic bourbon chicken from your favorite mall growing up... straight up nostalgia)

Without hesitation, we ordered... 2x two meat plate with two sides. Both meals with bourbon chicken and orange chicken. They proceeded to make our meat options fresh to order from the kitchen (Not something you typically expect from a food court)! We loved it!

The food was just as tasty as the samples, super reasonably priced, and containers packed full!

We will be back for sure!“

“Ive been going to this « take out » place since before pandemic. It was good then it’s still good now. They raised prices as everyone did but not by much. 3 people can eat for 30bucks. I’ve had the real deal in HK and I don’t expect it, but this place delivers tasty food at a reasonable price. Check it out.“

“Food: The food is good and consistent. It’s not anything that really impressed me, but I’ve had a few things from here and the quality has been pretty reliable.

Service: I’m not sure why, but every time I call this place, the person on the phone is pretty rude. I actually try to avoid calling whenever possible because of the customer service.

Vibes: The location in the Heathrow plaza makes it really convenient for pickup. Ive never eaten inside, so I can’t speak much to the dine in atmosphere, but it seems like it would work well for a small party or for grabbing a quick bite while youre in the area. Overall, its more of a convenient, casual spot than somewhere would go specifically for the experience.“

“This is as close to New York Cjinesw food as I am going to get here in Florida. I got the Orange chicken, and a side of vegetables with garlic sauce. It was delicious and the rice is on point. The egg role was ok but I really enjoyed my meal.“

“This resturant for me is really local, so I wanted to stop by and get some Chinese food. The young girl there is super nice and has incredible customer service skills, I tell you, she is going far! I enjoy going here for the vast menu that they offer, and the food always comes out really nice. “Returning customer! We order from Lin Garden all the time. They always accommodate vegtable and egg fried when asked. Our main dishes are the fried chicken wings platter, bourbon chicken or general tso combinations and we have to have the lomein. Wonton soup is perfect and delivery is quick. We choose to order direct from the restaurant.“
