I haven't written a Google review in forever, and I am literally writing this one while sitting at the table after having an incredibly delicious breakfast with my hubby for Valentine's Day! Alli, our server, was fantastic, and we already can't wait to go back and ask for her next time! My hubby had the cookie dough waffle, bacon, and fried potatoes. I had the apple fritter French toast with blueberries, bacon, and scrambled eggs. My hubby likes his bacon wiggly, and I like mine cooked until it's crunchy, and they cooked everything perfectly! We also started with the cinnamon bun cold brew, holy frijoles, it was DELISH!! This is our new favorite breakfast spot and we will be bringing family and friends FOR SURE!! “The group of us dropped by for lunch around 1pm Saturday before going to the movies. I had the Blackened Mahi Tacos; my wife had the Coconut Shrimp Tacos. They were great, and the rest of our group enjoyed their meals as well. Their service prompt and attentive.“

“My husband and I went to Fishbones Saturday night 10/12. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We ordered a lobster special and Chillean Sea bass. It was delicious. Warning with add ons. Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.“

“I’ve been here maybe 50 times 😂 either via uber eats or in person. The service is super quick, nice, and today, even a chef stepped up to the check out counter to make sure the process was quick and I didn’t have to wait on a check out person. The food never leaves me feeling sick, and they only use olive oil (vs canola or other sub par, cheap oil) - huge perk. For a vegan - this place is a huge win!!

Ordered the Shrimp Vermicelli and summer rolls which were amazing. The fried rice was tasty; and cooked without soy sauce or dairy! Pho portion was large and fragrant.

We met one of the owners, Colby, who walked us through a tasting of their spirits. We learned about how it all started and where things were headed. He also mixed us up some great cocktails!
