Alli, our server, was fantastic, and we already can't wait to go back and ask for her next time! My hubby had the cookie dough waffle, bacon, and fried potatoes. I had the apple fritter French toast with blueberries, bacon, and scrambled eggs. My hubby likes his bacon wiggly, and I like mine cooked until it's crunchy, and they cooked everything perfectly! We also started with the cinnamon bun cold brew, holy frijoles, it was DELISH!! This is our new favorite breakfast spot and we will be bringing family and friends FOR SURE!! “My husband and I went to Fishbones Saturday night 10/12. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We ordered a lobster special and Chillean Sea bass. It was delicious. Warning with add ons. Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.“

The employee answered the questions I had and I was able to add the shrimp summer rolls on Uber, but I left a custom note asking for it to be made as the fried tofu summer roll version and they made it perfectly! This place was the only place open today on Thanksgiving that had vegan options too, so I really appreciated that! Tasty food and excellent customer service 😋“

We met one of the owners, Colby, who walked us through a tasting of their spirits. We learned about how it all started and where things were headed. He also mixed us up some great cocktails!
