“1st time here, so I grabbed a couple of slices for lunch. One pepperoni and one meat lovers. Came out to just under $8.00, which isn't bad considering how big these were. The crust was New York style, thin crust, just like they advertise. The sauce has great flavor without overpowering everything else. The cheese was plentiful and mild but complemented the rest of the slice. Toppings were plentiful enough to get a taste in every bite. I should have taken pictures, but I was too hungry and they smelled too good. I'd like to try some of their more traditional Italian dishes. Their togo menu only shows full portions, I don't know if they have a lunch special, but I'll be there soon!“

Alli, our server, was fantastic, and we already can't wait to go back and ask for her next time! My hubby had the cookie dough waffle, bacon, and fried potatoes. I had the apple fritter French toast with blueberries, bacon, and scrambled eggs. My hubby likes his bacon wiggly, and I like mine cooked until it's crunchy, and they cooked everything perfectly! “I’ve been here maybe 50 times 😂 either via uber eats or in person. The service is super quick, nice, and today, even a chef stepped up to the check out counter to make sure the process was quick and I didn’t have to wait on a check out person. The food never leaves me feeling sick, and they only use olive oil (vs canola or other sub par, cheap oil) - huge perk. For a vegan - this place is a huge win!!

“We've seen this place several times and decided to stop by and give it a try. The staff was very pleasant, service was fast, and continuous. They didn't just serve the food and forget about you. Our server kept checking in to make sure we were ok. The croissant sandwich was very filling and tasty. The home fries had good flavor. The waffles were good, and the chicken was OK. It seemed to be the same chicken that would be served as chicken strips. Overall tasty food and a nice experience. Will definitely stop in again for breakfast to try some other menu items.“

“My husband and I try a new restaurant every month and Fire on the Bayou did not disappoint. I ordered the Bayou Blue burger 🤤, which was so good! Hubby got the steak tacos and he said it was really tasty. We love NOLA so the murals and decor took us right back to the French Quarter. Can’t wait to go back very soon.“

“My husband and I went to Fishbones Saturday night 10/12. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We ordered a lobster special and Chillean Sea bass. It was delicious. Warning with add ons. Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.“

We met one of the owners, Colby, who walked us through a tasting of their spirits. We learned about how it all started and where things were headed. He also mixed us up some great cocktails! We were blown away by their bourbon/whiskey choices and grabbed some bottles for home. We will be back!“
