I’ve been coming here every day for lunch for about five months now and all I can say is that aside from the food being top-tier it’s consistent every single time there hasn’t been one thing that I can find to complain about the food or the customer service nothing. “From the moment we walked in, the experience at this restaurant was amazing. The owner, Mily, greeted us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly hospitable—she even offered my mom a small taste of the legume before ordering, just to make sure she liked it. That level of care and kindness really stood out. Mily also walked us through the ordering process, explaining each dish and helping us feel comfortable with our choices.

I ordered the legume white rice sauce pwa plate and the tassot with diri jon jon, and let me tell you—it was phenomenal. The flavors were amazing , and everything was cooked to perfection. The restaurant’s playlist set the perfect mood, good music and playing at just the right volume not loud. Plus, the restaurant
was spotless—tables floors, were clean.

“Wow!i was driving by and saw the jamaican flag and soon realized there is a restaurant. I decided to get something to eat. when i walked in i saw only one customer so i started to have second thoughts but i went ahead and ordered, i turned around and saw four customers behind me . Let me just say this (YOU HAVE TO TRY THAT FOOD) I had the j*** pork and i can’t wait to go back and try something else . The way the food is placed , makes you want to eat it. The food is fresh, flavorful, and the pricing is much more reasonable compared to many restaurants in the area. One thing I can’t stop ordering is the fried taso kabrit — it’s seasoned perfectly, fried just right, and honestly so good that I keep going back for more.

The atmosphere is welcoming, the service has been great, and you can tell they care about the quality of their food. Definitely worth checking out if you love good Haitian cuisine.“

We ordered a Brown Stew Chicken which had an incredible flavor, and you can't help but admire the prices😳 They don't even exist in a Chinese restaurant, no wonder there are lines of people buying their food at this place; that's why my husband and I have come to the conclusion: it's useless if the place has spectacular or extraordinary decor, if what will convince you is the flavor of their dishes. I had the oxtail which was so different than any oxtail I’ve ever tasted. Paired with the light & fluffy rice & peas??? Literally heaven. I’m obsessed. I wish I had pictures but I scarfed it down so fast. Please keep in mind that this is a home business (I recommend delivery but if you’re picking up, it’ll be in an apartment complex) but the food was so good & the preparation was proven to be sanitary! We ordered tuna wontons, calamari (at the recommendation of our bartender Dean—he was excellent!!), and the beef tostones. Everything was delicious!!! “I really like the food at Sabine's. The food has been impressive and delicious each time, from their flavorful Legume with white rice and Sòs Pwa Blan. To their Griot Complet, which offers tender, juicy pork with big crispy chunks and perfectly seasoned rice and peas to the Macaroni au Gratin, (served only on Sundays). Plus, the service at Sabine's is excellent, the staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond.“

“I have been to this restaurant twice and had the jerk chicken with rice and peas (and oxtail gravy). Both times were excellent! The food is cooked fresh and is flavorful and delicious. The staff is very friendly. They make you feel at home. The atmosphere is nice and comfy. Just people sitting, conversing, and enjoying good food. I will definitely come back again and try something different on the menu. That jerk chicken is hard to resist, though!“
