Absolutely fantastic! Pho King is hands-down one of the best pho spots in the Deerfield Beach / Boca area.
The broth is rich, aromatic, and clearly slow-simmered the right way — deep, savory, and full of flavor. I ordered the Rare Steak Combo Pho and it was excellent: tender premium beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and all the fresh herbs and toppings on the side. I really needed some comfort food and immediately thought of pho. I searched for a restaurant on my drive home from work and this place came up. I will say it was very hard finding this location. Google maps definitely led me astray. I placed a takeout order for the oxtail pho combo and while I waited the chef offered me a complimentary appetizer. It's a fusion of three types of food Chinese+Japanese+Vietnamese...food are ok but not excellent becos not made by real authentic country cuisine chef especially for Vietnamese food.
