I was there at quarter to 9:00 on a Sunday place an order at the drive-thru drive around to pick it up till the young lady I'd like to order another Burger. She told me that I would have to drive around the building because they were on a timer. I was like okay I understand the time or deal. I drive around the building went to place the order at the drive-thru window she asked me what would I like to drink and I told her. She then came back with we no longer we're no longer serving...read full review

Hardee's offers generally good food with fresh, hot items that meet customer expectations. The reviews highlight that the chicken tenders are especially praised, with some noting they contain actual whole chicken and quality cheese. Milkshakes are also considered a good deal, made with real ice cream. However, service quality varies. Some customers experience slow service, especially when ordering at the counter rather than drive-thru, and staff may sometimes seem unwelcoming or rushed. Despite this, the staff at the drive-thru, particularly one friendly and efficient employee, is highly appreciated and often makes the visit enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh and tasty when it arrives, but wait times can be longer, so planning ahead is suggested. The ambiance and staff friendliness may depend on the day and staffing, but the food remains a strong point. One aspect noted as disappointing is the sweet tea, which is not prepared to the traditional southern standard, being overly sweet and syrupy. Overall, Hardee's is a good spot for satisfying meals, especially for chicken tenders and milkshakes, but customers should be prepared for variable service experiences and less-than-perfect hospitality.
