I had my baby shower at 142 with around 75 people. It was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and had a lot of natural light, and the food was delicious. We elected a buffet style brunch. I would highly recommend this place for any celebration.
You will not regret booking your event with Venue 142! We held our wedding reception there on Oct. 21, 2023 and it was absolutely perfect. I believe we booked with Venue 142 in February and as I developed questions, I would request a meeting. Despite having back to back to back events, they always made time to sit down with me and go over my questions. The day of? Everything was spotless and the staff was so responsive. Venue 142 is an absolute gem in Downtown Deland. Recently they hosted a Selfies with Santa activity that was beyond words. I was able to have my kids photographed with Santa and even experience "snow." The activity ended at 1, and myself arriving late a 12:45 the staff was gracious enough to allow me to enter with my kids despite being so close to closing. I am truly grateful and impressed by the kindness and professionalism at this facility.
