Double Knot in Delray is a new favorite spot, offering an amazing experience with a beautiful atmosphere, great energy, and incredible food. The service truly makes the night stand out. Guests praise the attentive, personable, and knowledgeable staff. The bartender is phenomenal, making incredible drinks, while servers stand out for knowing the menu well, giving great recommendations, and taking the time to explain things. The edamame dumplings are AMAZING and easily a favorite. The Chef's Tasting Menu is the right call for a group, with everything sized for the table. Standouts include the tuna rice cracker, the wagyu soup dumplings, the Kobe beef skewer, the Japanese fried chicken, the broiled cod, and the toro + caviar nigiri. The soft serve is a nice way to close it out. The 10 course chef's tasting menu is delicious, and the chef can decide each course. The staff, including managers, food runners, and the hostess, are wonderful. Tips include using home-made mustard on the Robatayaki, choosing the front/outside for people watching or the back area for chill and relaxed vibes, and using the sub terranean parking lot on SW 1st Ave. Highly recommend.
